Investment governance
The work begins with governance: the investment policy, the mandate that sets objectives and constraints, the investment committee framework, and the policies that manage related-party and conflict matters. This is the foundation everything else rests on, and it is documented so that the basis for every later decision can be shown and defended.

Strategic asset allocation
With the policy set, the strategic asset allocation is modelled: the capital market assumptions, the long-term mix of asset classes, and the mapping of each risk profile to a clear set of objectives. Asset allocation is the primary driver of long-term outcomes, and building it deliberately gives every portfolio a reasoned, explainable starting point.

Portfolio construction and manager research
We undertake research and due diligence on investment managers, funds and investment opportunities to build portfolios aligned with investment objectives and risk requirements. Every investment is assessed through a structured review process before being approved for use.

Investment committee oversight
Our Investment Committee provides oversight of portfolio construction, investment selection and portfolio risks. The Committee reviews investment decisions, approves material changes and monitors portfolio outcomes to support a disciplined and well-governed investment process.
